Cuesta Beach Volleyball is scheduled for a rare mid-week road trip for two matches in Monterey.  The Cougars hit the road on Wednesday to play both American River (10 AM) and Feather River (1 PM) at Monterey Peninsula College.  The American River Beavers are still kicking off their season and have split their first two matches.  Last Friday, they were swept by Fresno City, 5-0, before blanking Hartnell, 5-0.  Feather River, just two years removed from a 2024 CCCAA State Title, is currently undefeated at 4-0.  

 

Last week, the Cougars played a doubleheader in Garden Grove against the 2025 Playoff team and, currently, undefeated Golden West.  The Rusters took both ends of the twinbill, 5-0 and 4-1. 

 

The Cougars are 2-4 on the season but also own a respectable 14-16 individual match record.
