Men's Water Polo opened the Cuesta Classic II with a pair of wins over Grossmont, 17-13, and Western State Conference rival Ventura, in a non-WSC meet-up, 21-6.  The pair of victories moved the Cougars' overall record back over .500 at 11-10 overall.  

Cuesta's Poloists are scheduled to complete their tournament on Saturday with a pair of afternoon games.  Cuesta faces Chaffey at 2:30 and plays Rio Hondo in the tournament finale (4:40)
