Cuesta Softball continues its tour of Southern California with a three-game road trip this week.  The Cougars shall open their 2026 Western State Conference schedule at Moorpark on Thursday (2 PM) and then continue to play a doubleheader at Citrus on Friday (1/3 PM).  The Softballers have not played in San Luis Obispo since February 7 and their next scheduled home game is set for March 10 (2 PM), when the Cougars host Oxnard for a WSC contest. 

 

Last week, the Cougars gave themselves a pre-conference test with a doubleheader against #17 Antelope Valley and a single game against #12 Cerritos.  The Marauders swept the twinbill in a pair of run-rule game, 13-2 and 11-2, but the Cougars pushed Cerritos to the end, before falling, 4-3.  The Cougars are currently 5-14 on the season.
