Cuesta Women's Soccer takes its final road trip of the season this Tuesday (12:30) to Moorpark. The Cougars midday match-up provides them an opportunity to equal their record against the host Raiders. Moorpark stole their first match in SLO, 1-0, after breaking a scoreless tie in the 79th minute of play. Cuesta's offense has come alive since that setback and scored seven goals over the past three games, while the Raiders' offense has been limited to only a pair of goals since clipping the Cougars.
Cuesta is currently 3-11-1 overall and 2-7-1 in Western State Conference play, after falling at #13 Santa Barbara, 5-0, last Thursday. Cuesta Kickers will close-out their first season under Head Coach Paige Johnson, when they host local rival Allan Hancock for their season finale on Veteran's Day (November 11). The Cougars and Bulldogs tied, 1-1, in their first meeting in Santa Maria.
